KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 29 — Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad welcomed the decision made by the PAS central committee to investigate various allegations made against Selangor PAS.
Central committee members last night unanimously decided not to call for a special muktamar as demanded by spiritual leader Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat.
Party president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang, however, said the disciplinary committee has been told to investigate various allegations directed at Selangor PAS.
Khalid said the decision is good and shows that the party is serious in tackling its problems.
“It's not being swept under the carpet as what is normally done in the past but this time around it’s being listened to and considered more seriously and this is done by referring the issue to the disciplinary committee,” he told reporters in Parliament today.
He was also not disappointed with the outcome of last night’s meeting and believes that the party has made a very logical decision.
“I think it was a very logical decision because the issues being discussed were being presented for the first time and I think it was very good that they had the meeting because all the facts were put on the table and people who were not in the know are now in the know, and they can give them time to digest the facts and come up with a more well-informed decision.
“The three decisions were made at the meeting, I was informed because I wasn’t there; number one is that there is going to be a seminar and Dr Aziz Bari will come and present a paper with respect to the direction of PAS and PR within PR which is very good,” he said.
The resolutions reached during the meeting were to hold a special seminar on the direction of PAS and Pakatan Rakyat (PR), the party’s disciplinary committee investigation into Selangor PAS and a denial any form of co-operation between Umno and PAS.
“This is something very important because all the work being done through the blogs and some media is attempting to show the issue of co-operation with Umno is still very much alive and the flat denial on the part of the president and the central committee meeting is what was needed to be re-emphasised,” he said.
He was however disappointed that the issue on the definition of PAS's struggles was not discussed.
“Unfortunately there is only one issue which I thought should have been addressed, which was not, that was on whether PAS continues its struggles on the basis of Islam or Malay Islam.
"So that has been an issue which I think the seminar will address and I will do my level best to make sure when the seminar is held, a resolution clearly emphasising that PAS is an Islamic, non-racial party is what we want of the end results,” he said.
He hoped the party’s disciplinary committee would investigate Selangor PAS commissioner Datuk Dr Hasan Ali.
“I think when they said the disciplinary committee will look into Selangor, that’s what it basically means isn’t it? Unless they are referring to me,” he said.
Nik Aziz wanted a special muktamar to rid the party of leaders whom he described as “problematic” and seen to favour working closely with Umno instead of strengthening PR.
He had named Selangor executive councillor Hasan along with PAS deputy president Nasharuddin Mat Isa and secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Alias those who had made the party look inconsistent.

The Seminar? sounds good isnt it brother ? But to what effect ? Will any conclusions be drawn or resolutions be made which the President and his cohorts will have to abide to ? Another white eye wash isnt it ? It will just be another session where the seminar participants will talk themselves to death - as PAS members' penchant seem to be.
Disciplinary Investigation ? Please lah brother, dont make me laugh. Doesnt PAS realise that the problem is beyond Party Discipline ?

Apa yg saya harapkan ialah pembersihan PAS di Selangor. Buang segala makhluk yg memberi bebanan kepada PAS. Diharap JK Disiplin cekap, jgn lembab ala-ala orang tertinggi itu.

Masalah dalam Pakatan Rakyat di Selangor berpunca daripada Pesuruhjaya PAS Datuk Dr Hassan Ali dan bukannya pemimpin lain dalam parti itu, kata seorang ahli parlimen DAP.
"Masalahnya dengan Dr Hassan sahaja. Dengan wakil rakyat yang lain tidak ada masalah. Macam wakil rakyat PAS Dr Shafie Abu Bakar (di Bangi) semua ini tidak masalah," kata wakil rakyat Serdang, Teo Nie Ching.
Pendapat saya, dalam PAS pun ada agent DAP..dan YB lah agent tersebut..
Tidak lupa juga, YB adalah agent Anwar dlm PAS. Secara tidak langsung Anwar adalah agent Amerika & Yahudi.

Siapakah Huzaifah Al Yamani ra. disisi Rasulullah saw? Beliau adalah sahabat yang diamanahkan untuk menyimpan nama-nama kaum munafik dan beliau tidak pernah membocorkan rahsia tersebut walaupun di minta oleh Umar r.a. semasa Khalifah Umar r.a ingin melantik barisan exco/menterinya kerana takut terpilih golongan munafik. Huzaifah memberitahu lambat-laun sifat orang munafik pasti terserlah. Satu ketika Umar memecat seorang Menterinya dan Huzaifah memberitahu org yang dipecat itulah orang munafik yang disebutnya dahulu.
Belajarlah dari sirah Rasulullah saw dan sahabat untuk mengelakkan kita tergolong dalam golongan orang munafik.
Pernah Rasulullah saw memerintahkan lebih 30 orang Islam dalam masjid. Kemudian Rasulullah saw mengumumkan bahawa dikalangan mereka ada orang munafik. Ini berlaku dizaman Rasulullah saw di dalam masjid Madinah. Apa lagi dizaman kita ?

Kamu berkata "Tiada perkara yang tak boleh diselesaikan secara bermusyawarah".
Ini tak betul nih. Kalau ada pihak yang degil dan tetap mahu teruskan agenda mereka walau secara rahsia, musyawarah tak boleh menyelesaikan masalah pemimpin yang berniat buruk . Baik dibuang saja.
Kamu juga berkata kemelut PAS dan komen-komen dan pandangan yang diberikan akan "merugikan Islam".
Hai wahai saudara, mana penting? Jaga imej atau menegakkan kebenaran dan kebaikan sejagat?
Bila masa Islam rugi kalau pemimpin yang buruk yang mempunyai agenda yang tidak adil kepada semua dibuang?

Dalam sejarah gerakn islam, perbezaan pendapat adalah merupakn suatu kelaziman. Dengn penuh kerendahan hati sy mohon agar setiap ahli PAS, agar berhenti membicarakn isu ini. I could not agree more with one particular reader that this so called special meeting/investigation or whatever your President choose to called it, is more to protect people such as Hasan Ali. If your president is serious, Hasan Ali should just be sacked. His trouble making effort is plain for all to see, what is missinf is just an UMNO shirt on his back.
Tok Guru, whatever people says about him is very clear in his stance, either you are with Pakatan or you don't, if Pakatan would ever want to be in Putrajaya it needs the help of all the rakyat, muslim or not. Its the same for BN if they want to stay in power, they need the support of all.
Hasan Ali, in his quest to be come MB, would do seems prepared to do anything and that includes supporting the alledge dirty effort of Khir Toyo.
He would stop at nothing and its better to get rid of this cancer fast, before it kills all og Pakatan.

pertemuan2 tu bukti depa pro umno ker?tau ke isi pertemuan tu? paham mendalam ke x ape kebenda unity govt? ke just jd org yg super sensitive ngan perkataan UMNO? i'm not an UMNO supporter(which most commentors here will call me so), but i fight against UMNO not because they're UMNO.it's because what they stand for.as long as Islam is not their way, then it's a BIG NO. but if they lowering their tone and truly accept Islam n justice(hopefully one day), I pray so that UG is become reality. pls dont call yourself a true Islam fighter if this things never come out in your dreams. lets pray for all malaysian under legacy of peaceful Islam.
